KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify daily attendance entered by the HR coordinators at both units; prepare department-wise and unit-wise attendance, leave and overtime reports.

• Process monthly payroll on time, including salary advances, deductions and full and final settlements.

• Handle PF and ESI: registration of new joiners, monthly contributions and returns.

• Maintain skill matrices and prepare training videos.

• Manage hiring for workers and staff: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer and appointment letters.

• Complete joining documentation and induction; maintain employee personal files.

• Handle workers grievances and disciplinary matters fairly, with proper records.

• Draft and implement HR policies; plan employee engagement activities.

• Prepare the HR MIS for the Directors: headcount, absenteeism and attrition.

• Lead the HR coordinators across both units and support general administration.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years of HR experience in a factory or manufacturing unit.

• Graduate; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.

• Hands-on with payroll, PF, ESI and statutory registers for 100+ workers.

• Strong in Excel / Google Sheets for attendance reports and HR MIS.

• Able to lead HR coordinators across two units and report to the Directors.

Firm, fair and approachable; good communication in Hindi and English
