Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and confidential.
Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support payroll preparation by maintaining attendance, leave, and employee data.
Assist with performance management, employee development, and training initiatives.
Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and HRIS updates.
Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics.
Coordinate employee engagement programs and company events.
Support disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
Assist with policy development and implementation.
