Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, late arrivals, and regularization requests.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary revisions, incentives, and deductions.
Manage employee joining formalities, induction programs, and exit procedures.
Handle employee grievances, queries, and workplace concerns.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, employee databases, and management reports.
