Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive – Recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through job portals, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple job roles.

• Source candidates through Job Hai, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

• Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.

• Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).

• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
