We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource operations at our Indore office. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, compliance, training, employee engagement, performance management, and general HR administration.
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Draft job descriptions and post openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, shortlist candidates, and schedule final rounds.
Maintain a talent pool database for future requirements.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards.
Conduct induction sessions and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Coordinate with departments to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
Maintain attendance records, leaves, and working hours through HR software or manual systems.
Prepare and process monthly payroll data.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for salary disbursement and deductions.
Manage compliance-related tasks such as PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax.
Maintain updated personnel files and employee master data.
Handle documentation for confirmation, transfers, appraisals, and exits.
Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and dashboards as required.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Promote healthy employee relations and maintain discipline in the workplace.
Support in implementing HR policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback.
Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and skill enhancement sessions.
Track training attendance and maintain learning records.
Assist in implementing the company’s performance appraisal process.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain evaluation reports.
Coordinate with department heads for periodic performance reviews.
Plan employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Foster a positive and professional work culture aligned with company values.
Conduct periodic feedback and satisfaction surveys.
Draft, review, and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Ensure statutory compliance related to labor laws and regulations.
Support management in audits, inspections, and HR documentation reviews.
Manage employee exit process including resignation acceptance, handover, and final settlement.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for retention improvement.
Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ethical, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach.
Qualification: BBA, MBA (HR), or equivalent.
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers with HR internship experience may apply).
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-site position only).
Up to ₹3 LPA (Based on performance and interview).
