Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing on Indian Portals: Leverage Naukri (Resdex), LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, and local professional networks to build a steady pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  

• Offer-to-Joining Management: Track candidate notice periods (30–90 days), keep candidates engaged post-offer, and proactively manage dropouts to maximize joining ratios.
  

• Screening & Pipeline Management: Evaluate candidates on Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period, location/metro accessibility, and cultural fit.
  

• Interview & Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and follow up on technical and managerial interview rounds with department heads, ensuring zero delays.
  

• Joining Formalities & Compliance: Manage Day 1 onboarding, background verification (BGV), and documentation (Aadhaar, PAN, relieving letters, salary slips).

Who You Are

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in an Indian corporate or agency setup

• Portal Expertise: Strong command of Naukri Resdex boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other local hiring channels

• Communication: Good spoken/written English and fluent Hindi for smooth coordination across candidate tiers.

• Education: Graduate in HR or any other field.
