HR Executive

We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Atithi Industrial Solutions Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate and assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

·         Conduct initial interviews and assist with the final selection process.

·         Manage employee onboarding, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.

·         Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

·         Keep records of employee data such as personal details, attendance, performance, and compliance records etc.

·         Enroll new joiners in ESI & PF portal at the time of joining.

·         Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of salaries.

·         Address employee queries regarding salary, leave, and benefits.

·         Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
