Job Description of HR Executive
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Handle joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
2. Employee Records & HR Operations
Maintain employee master data, personal files, and HR documentation.
Issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving, experience letters).
3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Support
Monitor attendance, leave, and shift records.
Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll team.
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, labor laws) as applicable.
Support audits and compliance documentation.
4. Policy Implementation & HR Support
Ensure implementation of HR policies and company rules.
Support performance appraisal and PIP processes.
Assist HR Manager in HR initiatives and reports.
