Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview scheduling)
Maintain employee attendance and leave records
Manage joining & exit formalities
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Handle payroll coordination, ESI, PF, and compliance documentation
Maintain employee files and HR database
Conduct employee engagement activities
Address employee queries and grievances
Ensure company policies are followed properly
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Law compliance
MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
Ability to handle confidential information
Good organizational skills
