The HR Executive will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance activities. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to support both employees and management effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Handle grievance redressal and employee communication.
Assist in training and development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and share insights with management.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR operations (automobile industry preferred).
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
