Job Title: Human Resource Associate

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 0–2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to support our HR operations. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administrative activities while ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction processes
Coordinate employee engagement activities
Handle attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
Assist in payroll coordination and compliance
Address employee queries and provide HR support
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
