Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinating and organizing placement drives in ITI institutions
Maintaining consistent communication with interested candidates.
Coordinating with agencies to fill vacant positions
Maintaining and updating the candidate database
Communicating with candidates and institutions regarding hiring requirements
Managing the onboarding process for new candidates
Maintaining and monitoring employee attendance records
Assisting with payroll preparation and salary processing
Collecting and verifying candidate documentation
Following up with Circle In-Charge regarding manpower requirements and attendance records
Scheduling and conducting candidate interviews
