About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team at Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources, enjoy connecting with people, and are eager to build a career in recruitment. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for various job roles across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.

• Review and screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.

• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.

• Follow up with candidates during and after the selection process.

• Assist in the onboarding and documentation process of selected candidates.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of the recruitment and hiring process.

• Confident in making calls and engaging with candidates.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets.

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
