ఫుల్ టైమ్
1. Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process,
2. Working knowledge of job portals and Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
3. Manage Payroll Checklist and Facilitating Salary preparation every month with all necessary
the deduction, reimbursement, and distribution, Bank Account opening procedures for salary
disbursement of employees.
4. Reconciliation of Punch IN and Punch-Out attendance.
5. Maintaining a record of Attendance & Leaves, Employee Database Management System.
6. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). Maintaining all the files and
database of the employees on the closed shelf.
7. Drafting Letters Appointment. Offer Letter, Relieving, Experience Letter Etc.
8. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
