JOB DESCRIPTION:- HR is responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations while ensuring strict adherence to statutory, regulatory, and organizational requirements. This role involves payroll, and performance processes alongside monitoring compliance frameworks, conducting audits, and ensuring legal/ethical practices across the organization.
Support payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESIC etc.) are accurate and timely.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
Conduct compliance audits, inspections, and field visits as required.
MS Office knowledge.
Communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
