Aneja Business Group is hiring HR Freshers for our Mohali office.

This is a good opportunity for candidates who want to start their career in Recruitment and Human Resources and gain practical experience in BPO hiring.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and other channels

• Calling and screening candidates

• Understanding candidate requirements and matching them with suitable BPO jobs

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates

• Maintaining candidate and recruitment records

• Following up with candidates regarding interviews and joining

• Supporting the HR team in daily recruitment activities

Eligibility

• Freshers can apply

• MBA/PGDM – HR, BBA, B.Com, BA or any graduate

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Candidates interested in Recruitment / HR can apply

• Both male and female candidates can apply
