HR Executive (Male) – Warehouse Operations

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and operations hiring.

· Manage employee onboarding, attendance, and documentation.

· Coordinate PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance processes.

· Maintain employee records and HR MIS.

· Support warehouse staff management and daily HR operations.

· Handle employee grievances and disciplinary coordination.

· Assist in payroll inputs and leave management.

· Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for manpower planning.

Requirements:

· Male candidate preferred.

· 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in warehouse or operations setup.

· Knowledge of recruitment, PF, ESIC, attendance, and compliance.

· Understanding of warehouse operations and workforce handling.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.

Preferred Industry:

E-commerce, FMCG, Logistics, Warehouse, or Manufacturing background preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
