📝 What you will do (Job Role):

• Recruitment: Handle end-to-end hiring for warehouse and operations staff.

• Onboarding & Attendance: Manage joining formalities, daily attendance, and employee documentation.

• Compliance: Coordinate PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance processes.

• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, prepare HR MIS reports, and assist with leave management & payroll inputs.

• Employee Management: Support daily warehouse staff management, resolve employee grievances, and handle disciplinary coordination.

• Manpower Planning: Work closely with the warehouse/operations team to fulfill staffing needs.

🎯 Who are we looking for?

• Experience: 1–2 years of HR experience (Warehouse/Logistics/Factory setup experience is a huge plus!).

• Knowledge: Must know about bulk hiring, PF, ESIC, attendance tracking, and compliance.

• Skills: Good communication, workforce handling, and basic MS Excel skills.

• Background: Candidates from E-commerce, FMCG, Logistics, Warehouse, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
