Job Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.

• Understanding hiring requirements from hiring maScheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interviewers.

• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers.

• Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer release.

• Following up with selected candidates for joining.

• Maintaining recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.

• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes.Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
