HR Recruiter

Location: Palasia, Indore
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on interview)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process handling

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers

• Maintaining candidate database and follow-up

• Posting jobs on various hiring platforms

• Achieving monthly hiring targets

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of recruitment cycle

• Hands-on experience with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

Qualification:

• BBA / MBA / Any Graduate (Completed)

• Candidates must NOT be pursuing
