HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations

Role & Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for Insurance Sales and Support profiles.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, social media and references.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates till joining.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Handle onboarding, documentation and employee joining formalities.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
