Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing IT company in Janakpuri, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment.
• Coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and HRMS updates.
• Conduct onboarding and exit formalities.
• Support payroll inputs.
• Organize employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Resolve employee queries.
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals, MS Office, and HRMS.
• Basic labor law knowledge.
