JD : Hr Executive -

Drafting and posting job descriptions on portals like LinkedIn and Indeed

Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates

Conducting interviews and coordinating with department heads

Issuing offer letters and managing onboarding formalities

Preparing joining documents and contracts

Conducting orientation programs

Explaining company policies, culture, and procedures

Coordinating training schedules

Assisting in salary processing

Managing attendance and leave records

Coordinating with accounts/finance for payroll

Handling statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
