HR Executive

Industry: Machine Manufacturing / Automation / Engineering

Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent

Role overview:

The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and general administration. The role requires hands-on involvement and close coordination with production, engineering, and management teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws (manufacturing focus)

• Hands-on experience in HR operations & compliance

• Good communication skills (shop floor + management)

• Ability to handle multi-tasking in a small organization

• Proficiency in MS Excel, HR software (basic level acceptable)

• Problem-solving and people-handling skills
