HR Executive – HR Operations & Outsourcing

Location: Mulund / Nahur

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Executive to support HR operations for our client companies. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, payroll, compliance, employee management, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records

• Support HR operations and employee lifecycle activities

• Assist in payroll processing and salary coordination

• Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)

• Coordinate with clients for HR requirements

• Visit client offices as required

• Assist in recruitment and interview coordination

Requirements:

• 1-5 years experience candidates can apply

• Basic knowledge of HR processes, payroll, or compliance is preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to travel to client locations

Work Details:

• Monday to Saturday

• Work from Nahur office and client locations as per requirements
