• High-Volume Sourcing: Source candidates through on-ground drives, local networks, employee referrals, regional job boards, classifieds, and blue-collar hiring platforms.

• Screening & Walk-ins: Conduct rapid telephonic and face-to-face walk-in interviews to assess basic skill sets, physical fitness/trade capability, and shift flexibility.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with plant heads, shift supervisors, and site managers to understand daily manpower shortfalls and hiring targets.

• Compliance & Document Verification: Ensure strict collection and verification of background checks, ID proofs (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.), police verification forms, and medical fitness certificates.

• Onboarding & Joining Management: Manage daily joining formalities, safety orientation scheduling, uniform/ID card issuance, and attendance tracking for new joiners.

• Attrition & Retention Tracking: Monitor early-stage attrition, track daily/weekly fill rates, and maintain MIS recruitment dashboards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical field experience).

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of dedicated experience in blue-collar, volume, or agency-based recruitment.

• Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with blue-collar trade roles, local labor markets, shift-work dynamics, and minimum wage/contract labor compliance.

• Communication & Language: Proficiency in local regional languages as well as English or Hindi for seamless floor-level communication.

• Operational Skills: Comfortable visiting shop floors, job sites, or local labor hubs; basic proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp hiring tools, and recruitment databases.
