HR & CRM Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an HR & CRM Executive who can handle basic HR activities along with customer/client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment, calling and interview scheduling.

• Coordinate with candidates during the hiring process.

• Maintain employee records and attendance.

• Handle employee communication and basic HR-related queries.

• Manage customer/client follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.

• Maintain CRM records and update customer details regularly.

• Follow up with leads and existing clients.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team.

• Prepare basic reports and maintain daily activity records.

• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates, clients and leads.

Requirements

• 6 months – 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp and CRM tools.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records.

• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

Salary
