Job Description: HR Recruiter (Recruitment & Payroll)
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for smooth hiring.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Assist with monthly payroll processing and salary calculations.
Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and HR operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and payroll management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
