Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor workers, engineers, supervisors, and back-office roles. Use job portals, social media, campus drives, recruitment agencies,
and internal databases to proactively build a talent pipeline. Conduct preliminary interviews, skill evaluations,
and coordinate technical assessments with department heads Collaborate with department managers to craft accurate and compelling job descriptions. Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet production ramp-ups, seasonal demand, and new plant expansions. Promote the company as an employer of choice in the manufacturing sector through career fairs, social media,
and partnerships with ITIs, polytechnics, and technical colleges. Coordinate seamless onboarding processes, including documentation, induction programs, and compliance checks. Maintain recruitment dashboards, track key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.),
and present regular reports to leadership. Majority of time spent in office setting with regular visits to the production floor and hiring locations,
May require travel to job fairs, or plant locations.
