Job Title: HR Assistant / Recruitment Assistant
Location: Bhiwadi
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) and HYBRID
Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply
Salary: ₹8,000–₹15,000 per month + Incentives upto 50k (based on skills and experience)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and screen candidate resumes received from job portals and other sources.

• Call candidates to explain available job openings and understand their experience, skills, and career preferences.

• Check candidate eligibility based on job requirements, including education, experience, communication skills, current salary, and expected salary.

• Shortlist suitable candidates and share their profiles with the recruitment team.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with eligible candidates.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining status.

• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.

• Assist the recruitment team in fulfilling hiring requirements for various MNCs across India.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and email.

• Ability to understand job descriptions and match candidate profiles with job requirements.

• Confidence in speaking with candidates over the phone.

• Willingness to learn recruitment and screening processes.

• Freshers interested in building a career in HR and recruitment are welcome.
