*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

As an *HR Intern*, you will work closely with our HR & Recruitment team:

1. *Talent Acquisition* 📞

Source candidates, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule interviews

2. *Candidate Management*

Coordinate with candidates, handle queries, and maintain candidate database

3. *Recruitment Coordination*

Post jobs on portals, manage job descriptions, and track applications

4. *HR Operations*

Assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee records in CRM/HRMS

5. *Reporting*

Maintain daily recruitment reports, MIS, and support HR team with data

6. *Employee Engagement*

Support HR activities like training, feedback, and employee communications

*REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS*

- *Education:* Pursuing or Completed Graduation in BBA, MBA, HR or any stream

- *Communication:* Good written and verbal communication in English + Hindi

- *Technical Skills:* MS Office, Google Sheets, Basic HRMS/CRM knowledge

- *Other Skills:* Active on LinkedIn, good interpersonal skills, target-driven

- *Experience:* Freshers welcome. Prior internship experience is a plus
