Job Type: Full-time Internship

Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to gain practical, hands-on experience in Human Resources and Recruitment.

This is an onsite internship where you will work closely with the HR team and get exposure to real-world HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing

- Post jobs on recruitment platforms

- Screen and shortlist candidates

- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

- Maintain attendance, leave and employee records

- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation

- Support HR policies, SOPs and documentation

- Assist with employee engagement activities

- Support performance tracking and HR-related tasks

- Coordinate basic training activities

- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports

Requirements

- Good communication skills

- Basic computer and MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge

- Willingness to learn HR processes

- Good follow-up and coordination skills

- Responsible and organized approach to work

- Ability to multitask
