Position Overview

Designation: HR Associate

Department: Human Resource

Location: Sion & GTB Nagar, Mumbai

Work Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Engagement Type: Full-time

Role Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

• Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation

• Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance, and leave data

• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures

• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities

• Support grievance handling and conflict resolution

• Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and HR communications

• Assist in training and development initiatives

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in HR documentation

• Use MS Office tools effectively for HR operations and reporting

Eligibility: 0–1 years of experience in HR

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
