HR Assistant

We are looking for a HR Assistant (IR) to join our team at Saini Electrical Engineering Pvt Ltd to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include support IR Head for administrative and workmen documentation. You will be responsible for facilitate workmen personal details updation, Scheduling and tracking meetings and MIS Reports.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 21,000 - ₹ 25,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the IR / Legal Head in administrative and executive functions.

• Help coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and official
  correspondence.

• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of legal documents, notices,
  agreements, and case files.

• Provide support in coordinating labour court matters, hearings, and legal
  compliances.

• Facilitate communication with government authorities, advocates, and consultants.

• Assist in the preparation of MIS reports and documentation for management review.

• Support effective filing and documentation management (both physical & digital).

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance, Good documentation and reporting skills, Proficiency in MS Office / HR systems, Strong coordination and communication skills. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working.
