Job Description:

  Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

  Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

  Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information

  Assist in administering benefits, leave, and attendance records

  Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

  Help organize training sessions, meetings, and HR events

  Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation

  Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information

  Support compliance with labor laws and company policies
