1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing candidates for factory workers, supervisors, designers, and office staff
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads
Conduct initial screening and maintain candidate database
Support onboarding process (documentation, joining formalities)
2. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain employee files (joining forms, ID proof, contracts)
Update HRMS or Excel records regularly
Handle exit formalities and documentation
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
Track daily attendance (including factory labor/workers)
Maintain leave records
Assist in payroll inputs (overtime, shifts, deductions)
