Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee coordination, and administrative tasks. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of HR processes. Preference will be given to Delhi-based candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers
Support onboarding and joining formalities of new employees/articles
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Assist in preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Coordinate with internal teams for employee-related activities
Handle HR operational and administrative tasks as assigned
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Management, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR processes
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
