Job Title: HR Assistant (Female)
Location: Block D, New Industrial Township 5, New Industrial Town, Faridabad, Haryana – 121001
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Gender Preference: Female
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to support daily HR operations. The candidate should have basic HR knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle recruitment and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance and leave management
Support onboarding and induction process for new employees
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities
Assist in payroll coordination and basic compliance work
Handle employee queries and provide HR support
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional and positive attitude
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred)
