HR Assistant

Mann Hospitality LLP is looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for restaurant operations, including both kitchen and service staff. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring:

• Generate candidate leads through job portals, WhatsApp groups, social media, and references

• Handle hiring for:

  • Kitchen Staff: Commis, CDP, Tandoor Chef, Helpers, etc.

  • Service Staff: Stewards, Captains, Supervisors, etc.

• Conduct initial telephonic screening and shortlist candidates

2. Candidate Coordination:

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

• Ensure candidates attend interviews and follow up regularly

• Manage joining process and documentation

3. Job Posting & Sourcing:

• Post job openings on platforms like Indeed, Naukri, and social media

• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for bulk hiring

• Maintain candidate database and daily reports

4. Onboarding & HR Support:

• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation

• Maintain employee records

• Support daily HR activities and reporting

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Strong sourcing and networking ability

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
