🚨 We’re Hiring | HR Executive 🚨

🏢 We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Executive to join our growing team.

🔹 Position: HR Executive

📍 Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

🕒 Experience: 4-5 Years

💼 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handling end-to-end recruitment process

✔ Managing complete employee life cycle (Joining to Exit)

✔ Sourcing candidates through job portals (Especially Naukri.com) and coordinating with recruitment consultants

✔ Coordinating interviews with hiring managers

✔ Maintaining HR records and documentation

🔍 Key Requirements:

✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in HR (Recruitment & Generalist Role)

✔ Hands-on experience with Naukri Portal is mandatory

✔ Good communication and coordination skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
