• Recruitment process mein assist karna (resume screening, candidate calling)

• Interview scheduling aur coordination

• Employee data aur HR records maintain karna

• Attendance aur leave records update karna

• HR documentation aur reporting mein support

• Daily HR operations mein HR team ko assist karna

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (HR / Management preferred)

• Freshers & students can apply

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word

• Willingness to learn HR processes

• Onboarding & induction process conduct karna

• Attendance, payroll support & leave management

• Employee engagement activities plan & execute karna

• HR policies aur compliance maintain karna

• Employee grievances aur queries handle karna

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in HR or related field

• 0–3 years experience (Freshers can apply)

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of recruitment & HR operations

• MS Office proficiency
