Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to guide and support candidates in selecting the right training programs aligned with their career goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to drive enrollments while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective client on available project.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable trainings.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups

• Maintain proper conversions of the enquiries.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of client
