This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr Hr Coordinator at IAMOPS | DevOps done right! in Surat. Were looking for a hands-on and proactive professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role is ideal for someone seeking exposure to HR operations, finance coordination, documentation, and event management in a fast-paced startup environment.

What Youll Do

Create, process, and manage invoices accurately. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice reconciliation.

Support basic accounting and finance related activities

Maintain and organize employee records, contracts, and official documents.

Ensure proper documentation compliance and systematic filing (digital & physical)

Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and trackers.

Support HR coordination activities including onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.

Assist in planning and executing internal HR events, engagement activities, and celebrations.

Desired candidate Profile

0-3 years of hands-on experience in HR, Admin, or Coordination roles.

Bachelors degree in commerce/business administration/ business management (Masters in HR is preferred).

Basic understanding of invoicing, accounting, and HR operations.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Comfortable working in a startup environment with multitasking responsibilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
