Onboarding Process: Coordinate new hire onboarding, documentation, and orientation.

Attendance Management: Track daily attendance, leaves, shifts, and maintain payroll input sheets.

HR Paperwork: Handle employee files, offer letters, appointment letters, exit formalities, and other HR documentation.

Recruitment Support: Assist with shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Some part of end-to-end recruiting.
