We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records while gaining hands-on exposure to real-time hiring processes.
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
Assist in offer roll-out and onboarding documentation
Support employer branding and job postings on various platforms
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Graduate / Pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or related field
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Basic understanding of recruitment process (training/fresher friendly)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
Basic knowledge of ATS or recruitment trackers
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
End-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Practical exposure to talent sourcing and interviewing
Candidate management and HR operations
Professional communication and stakeholder coordination
