Position Overview:
Club Malwa Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and hands-on experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and daily HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates and ensure a positive hiring experience.
Oversee HR operations such as attendance management, leave tracking, and employee file maintenance.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.
Support resource allocation for new joiners and general office HR requirements.
Assist in the implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or talent acquisition.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
