Chillax Holiday Private Limited is looking for a smart, confident, and proactive candidate for the position of HR cum Executive Assistant (EA). The candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior experience in client handling, and exposure to HR operations.

As we are actively involved in corporate events, MICE, and business travel, the role requires frequent travel, late evening working hours, and hands-on coordination during events.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment coordination (screening, scheduling, follow-ups)

• Employee onboarding, documentation & HR records

• Attendance, leave management & HR MIS

• Drafting offer letters, appointment letters & HR communications

• Supporting payroll & compliance coordination

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

• Providing administrative & operational support to senior management

• Managing calendars, meetings, travel & schedules

• Client communication, coordination & follow-ups

• Preparing reports, presentations, proposals & MOMs

• Coordinating with vendors, artists & event partners

• On-ground support during events and corporate programs

🎯 Required Skills & Eligibility

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Experience in HR profile & client handling

• Strong organizational & multitasking abilities

• Willingness to travel frequently

• Comfortable with late evening & weekend working (event-based)

• Proficiency in MS Office & email drafting

• Prior experience in event management / MICE industry will be an advantage
