We are looking for a Female HR Assistant who will be responsible for handling recruitment of security guards. The candidate will coordinate with applicants, schedule interviews, and manage the complete joining process.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and coordinate with candidates for security guard interviews
Schedule and manage interview timings
Ensure candidates attend interviews on time
Handle bulk hiring for security staff
Guide selected candidates through the joining process
Collect and verify required documents
Maintain records of candidates and joining status
Follow up with candidates for interview and joining confirmation
Coordinate with internal team for manpower requirements
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate (12th pass can also apply if experienced)
Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Comfortable with calling and coordinating with candidates
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Organized and responsible
