Job Description

Apponix Technology is hiring an experienced HR Trainer with strong practical exposure to HR operations and training delivery. The candidate will be responsible for training students and working professionals on real-time HR processes and industry practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training on HR Generalist & HR Operations

• Train on core HR areas:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • HR Operations & Documentation

  • Payroll Processing & Statutory Compliance

  • Labor Laws (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Leave Management)

  • Performance Management & Employee Engagement

• Create training content, presentations, case studies, and assessments

• Provide real-time HR scenarios and hands-on learning

• Mentor candidates for interviews and career readiness

• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback

• Update training modules as per current HR trends and compliance
