Responsibilities:
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews with candidates
Maintain employee records and documents
Assist in onboarding new employees
Post job openings on job portals
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
Handle basic HR administrative tasks
Support employee engagement activities
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Basic MS Excel and Word knowledge
Basic computer skills
Organizational and multitasking skills
Professional and positive attitude
Qualification:
Graduate(BBA, BCom, BA, BBM/BMS, BSc)
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
